徐曉冬，女，1974年11月18日出生于吉林省農(nóng)安縣，博士，哈爾濱工程大學(xué)副教授。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文四十余篇，申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利兩項(xiàng)，其中一項(xiàng)已經(jīng)授權(quán)。
